I bet you’re there thinking that this is just about learning how to hold a knife and fork at dinner, and you’re imagining holding your pinky finger out while sipping a cup of tea, but think again!

Social etiquette is simply about the customs or rules governing behaviour that is regarded as correct or acceptable in social life. The tricky thing is, the norms can vary by culture, country, gender, environment, and even time of day! It can get overwhelming very quickly, but I’ve got you covered with custom-made consultations.

Developing social etiquette is not about being perfect, being prim and proper, your social class, profession or how rich or well educated you are. It is about conduct, social awareness, integrity, and it goes hand-in-hand with good manners.

Having good manners is not just about saying “please” and “thank you.” It is about how you present yourself, how you behave, how you speak, how you treat others.

First of all, who is this for? Who needs this type of consultation?

For women who are looking to explore and embrace their sexuality. For women who have been afraid to openly discuss sexual topics. Women looking for a safe space to figure out themselves sexually. By now you may have heard about feminine and masculine energy, but what are they all about? You also get to learn about and develop understanding of these things, so you know how to use this dynamic, often misunderstood duo.

This overall topic isn’t always easy to explore, and is often made more difficult to address because of societal pressures and judgement. One outcome of your experience is to increase your comfort level in expressing, inquiring and learning about sexuality.

To understand this multifaceted topic, we must understand its biological aspects, psychological, social, cultural, moral, spiritual and religious aspects. Discussions can include information about anatomy, physiology, gender roles, sexual identity, love, interpersonal relationships, community standards and so much more. Things can get intense, as many of these topics can be quite sensitive, and can even feel embarrassing to share with someone.
